The purpose of this event was to raise awareness of Scott Bader’s centenary celebrations, unique employee ownership structure and charitable giving as well as meet some of their diverse workforce from a variety of roles at their headquarters in Wollaston, Northamptonshire.

Typically, Scott Bader Company donates 5% of its total profit every year to the Scott Bader Commonwealth who distribute it to charitable activities and projects around the world. In 2021, this donation will be increased to 7.5% of the Group’s 2020 profit
