VISIT TO FULKRUM TECHNICAL RESOURCES – VISIT TO PRESENT KINGS AWARD FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE
HRH The Duke of Gloucester was welcomed Fulkrum Technical Resources, Unit 1 Exchange Court, Corby on Tuesday 7th November 2023 by HM Lord-Lieutenant of Northamptonshire, James Saunders Watson Esq who is seen introducing Mrs. Lizzie Saunders Watson (Wife of Lord-Lieutenant), Emma James (Detective Chief Superintendent, Northamptonshire Police) and Mr Owen Gibbons, (Company Director Fulkrum Technical Resources)
Fulkrum was established in Corby, UK in 2011 by Owen Gibbons and Andrew Bethel. Originally supplying Quality control inspection in the old Corus (TATA) pipe mill during pipe manufacture.
The company started to grow rapidly, supporting contractors around Europe with some key projects offshore West Africa.
Andrew Bethel then moved to Houston to continue the company growth in the Americas, winning a series of new clients. Abu Dhabi and Kuala Lumpur followed a couple of years after, and the company has continued this fast rate of growth ever since, becoming one of the key global Inspection, Expediting, Technical Manpower Service providers to the Energy industry.
The company now has 15 offices globally, performing an average of 10,000 inspections per month from our offices in the UK (London, Corby, and Aberdeen), USA (Houston), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), KSA (Al Khobar), UAE (Abu Dhabi), Brazil (Rio de Janeiro), Mozambique (Maputo), Guyana, Italy, India, Singapore, Australia, and Qatar.
Fulkrum’s global footprint affords their clients around the clock coverage across all the major continents during their project procurement and construction.
It provides cost-effective and flexible manpower solutions to support the ever-increasing demands of complex projects within the energy, engineering, and construction industries.
The company predominantly focuses on welding, coating, engineering, electrical, mechanical, and non-destructive testing (NDT) inspection disciplines, however, its services include vendor audits and client representation, third party Inspection and expediting, site inspection teams and manpower supply at volume.
Fulkrum Technical Resources received The King’s Award for International Trade for outstanding short-term Growth in overseas sales over three years.
HRH presented Mr. Owen Gibbons the Kings Award for International Trade and unveiled a plaque commemorating the visit and occasion.
