Remembrance Day Services Across Northamptonshire – Sunday, 8 November 2026

Communities across Northamptonshire will come together to honour the courage and sacrifice of the Armed Forces during Remembrance Day 2026. Services and parades will take place in towns and villages throughout the county, offering opportunities for reflection, wreath-laying, and civic participation.

Locations and Services (Alphabetical Order)

  • Brackley – Remembrance Day Parade and Service  2:00 – 4:00pm

Parade Muster Point: Winchester House School, 4 High Street, Brackley NN13 7AZ

  • Brixworth Remembrance Parade and Service 10:00 – 11:30am

Parade Assembly at 10:00am – Muster Point: Brixworth Library, Spratton Rd NN6 9DS

Parade to War Memorial located at All Saints Church, Church St, Brixworth, NN6 9BZ,          where outside service will commence at 10:30am.  2 Minute Silence at 11:00am and Conclusion at 11:20am

  • Burton Latimer – Remembrance Service 2:00 – 4:00pm

Start Point: Car Park, Churchill Way, Burton Latimer NN15 5RU to St Mary’s Church for

Service and then to War Memorial for last post.

  • Corby T C Remembrance Parade and Service at War Memorial 10:30 – 12:00

Old Village War Memorial, Church Walk, High Street, Corby, NN17 1XF

  • Daventry Town Council Remembrance Parade 09:45 – 12:30

Muster point DTC at 09:45am

Parade departs 10:35am to War Memorial for service  to lay a wreath

Parade to church for church service to begin at 11:30am at Holy Cross Church

  • Finedon Remembrance Day Parade 10:30 – 11:30

  • Ithlingborough Town Council Remembrance Day Service 10:00-12:30

Remembrance Day Service at St Peter’s Church, Church Street, Irthlingborough, Northants,

NN9 5SG followed by procession to War Memorial, minutes silence, the laying of the wreaths, and procession back for a roll call on Parsons’ Green

  • Northampton Service and Wreath Laying 10:00am

All Saints Church, George Row, Northampton NN1 1DF

  • Raunds Remembrance Parade and Service 2:20 – 5:00pm

Parade starts from Town Hall, Thorpe St, Raunds NN9 6LT 14:40

Parade to memorial Garden’s, St Peter’s Church High Street, Raunds arrive 14:55

Service commences at 15:00

Parade back to Town Hall 15:45

These events are supported by local councils, the Royal British Legion, and community organisations. Everyone is welcome to attend and pay tribute to those who served and sacrificed for our country.
