HRH The Princess Royal attended ‘Conversation with Cadets’ at Clare Street Army Reserves Centre, Northampton on 29 October 2025
The Princess Royal met with soon-to-be job seeking youngsters from the Cadet Forces and Forces-friendly employers during a tour of the Conversation with Cadets event, organised by Jim Wright, Chairman of Northamptonshire Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (NRFCA), at Clare Street Army Reserve Centre
Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal left young Cadets and Volunteers with memories for life as she visited this unique careers fair in Northampton.
After hearing Cadets share their often life-changing experiences in which they’ve developed confidence, resilience and leadership skills, The Princess Royal stepped up to the lectern to say a few words.
The Royal visit concluded with signing of a visitor book and presentation of a posy by a young cadet.
