HRH The Princess Royal Visited The Bridge Substance Misuse Programme, Northampton, on their Twentieth Anniversary
HRH The Princess Royal visited The Bridge Substance Misuse Programme as part of its Twentieth Anniversary celebrations.
The Princess Royal met with staff, volunteers and members, and took the time to listen to how Bridge has supported thousands of people in their recovery from drugs and/or alcohol.
Her Royal Highness heard more about what the programme offered and how The Bridge have supported people throughout the last 20 years, acknowledging the remarkable achievement of growing from a 1-person service into a thriving recovery community, now employing over 40 people, supporting people with addiction across the whole of Northamptonshire.
The Royal visit concluded with the unveiling of a commemorative plaque to mark the occasion of the visit.
