HRH The Princess Royal Patron of Forces Employment Charity attended the Pathways into Manufacturing & Logistics on 7th May 2926.
The event was held at Aston Martin F1, Silverstone showcasing career pathways for veterans and Service leavers, including support through Op ASCEND.
Op ASCEND is a new Office for Veterans’ Affairs programme run by Forces Employment Charity. It provides clear, accessible career pathways for veterans and their families, ensuring they are empowered to succeed from the moment they join the Armed Forces, throughout their service, and beyond.
Pathways into Manufacturing and Logistics showcased the career opportunities within these sectors, providing a platform for networking, and connect delegates with hiring managers who understand the Armed Forces community.
HRH delivered a speech regarding the value of military skills to businesses, specifically highlighting the transferability of Armed Forces skills to civilian roles.
